a Fall Break creative writing and storytelling series.
Young creators will choose from one of three immersive tracks—photojournalism, graphic novels, or story writing—to explore how stories shape our lives.

Document real stories through interviews, images, and writing. Perfect for youth with a passion for truth-telling and visual storytelling.

🎨 Graphic Novels (Ages 10–16)
Older students welcome with approval
Turn drawings into dynamic narratives. Learn how to design characters, plan panels, and create a complete illustrated story.

✍️ Story & Novel Writing (Ages 12–18)
Craft compelling fiction and explore the writing process—from idea to first draft to potential publication.

We welcome instructors, assistants, and creative mentors to help guide and inspire students throughout the week.
